As an autistic ADHDer who discovered improv 15 years ago, I can promise you this: it’s life-changing. I love the balance of structure in the games with the total freedom to let imagination run wild. Now I want to share that joy with you.

🎨 Create Comedy Magic

Within 30 minutes, you’ll be improvising short scenes with your group – no scripts, no prep, just the joy of playing. The comedy emerges naturally from not knowing what comes next.

Nervous? That’s normal! Most people start with butterflies, but soon laughter takes over. And if you are feeling uncertain you can pass at any time, no questions and no-judgement.

No need to be a 'funny' or 'quick witted' person - these are myths. Improv is very different to stand up comedy. You always work with at least one other person and the aim is to work together to create a short scene, being present and responding to each other. The comedy occurs naturally and organically and always works best when you don't try to be funny.

Refunds & Cancellations

More than 7 days before the workshop

If you cancel your place more than 7 days before the workshop, you’ll receive a full refund.

Within 7 days of the workshop

Refunds are not available within 7 days of the event unless your place can be filled from a waiting list.

This is because preparation, admin and running costs still apply even if someone can no longer attend.

Transferring Your Place

If you can’t make it, you’re welcome to transfer your ticket to another neurodivergent adult. Please let me know their name and email address before the workshop.

If I Need to Cancel

In the unlikely event that I need to cancel or reschedule the workshop, you’ll be offered:

A full refund, or
The option to transfer your booking to a future session
